Parents would remove their children from day care if others were not vaccinated. Parents with children in day care have strong feelings about vaccinations, according to results of a C.S. Mott National Poll on Children's Health (http://bit.ly/1z6tlXW). Two-thirds wanted to know the number of children whose immunizations aren't up to date, and three-quarters would consider removing their child from day care if 25% of the other children didn't have all required immunizations. Children whose immunizations aren't up to date should be excluded from day care until all vaccines are received, said 41% of parents, and 75% said day-care providers should review the immunization status of children yearly.
