Miss Kerr is a specialist in orthopedic nursing. She completed the basic nursing curriculum at Paterson General, Paterson, N. J.; has had a year in physical education at the American College of Physical Education, Chicago; has her public health nursing certificate from the University of Pennsylvania; studied physical therapy at Harvard Medical School with an internship with the Boston Visiting Nurse Association. She spent three months at the Children's Rehabilitation Institute, Cockeysville, Md., and is now orthopedic nursing supervisor for the Brooklyn (New York) Visiting Nurse Association where she was formerly a staff member.
