Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis (PCI) is a rare condition characterized by the presence ofgas in the submucosal and/or subserosal compartments of the gastrointestinal tract. Although PCI often resolves spontaneously with conservative therapy, such as bowel rest or oxygensupplementation, surgery is frequently required in cases developing intussusception. We report the first case of PCI with colocolic intussusception in which the endoscopic fine-needleaspiration (EFNA) was useful to cure.
