Novel Technique for Double Traction from Inside and Outside in Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was performed under double traction using a DT hood and Sure Clip.

Endoscopic full length mucosa incision for a huge esophageal hematoma therapy: the first clinical experience

Endoscopy was advanced to the submucosal space through a incision and a mass of blood clots accumulated in the space. The circular muscle layer was found intact after cleaning the blood clots.
