Launching Publication Ceremony of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine were Held in Tianjin
The launching publication ceremony of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine (AHM) and the strategy seminar of “Telling good stories of Traditional Chinese Medicine" were held in Tianjin on December 26th. Members present at the conference included Professor Boli Zhang, the honorary President of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Editor-in-Chief of AHM, and the journal editorial board together with representatives of journal information research institutions and publishing company attended the conference online.
Professor Boli Zhang made a launching speech and pointed out that the world needs traditional Chinese medicine which should be spread around the world to preserve the health of mankind. To promote high quality development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), it's vital to tell good stories of TCM and also to build a TCM journal of significant international influence. In response to this demand, AHM is launched with a top starting point, supported by the Action Plan for Excellence of Chinese Science and Technology Journals. Featured by evidence-based medicine research, AHM publishes innovative studies on acupuncture and herbal medicine, promotes academic exchanges, and drives the transformation of research achievements to serve the international development of TCM and establish the frontrunner journal for international communication of traditional medicine.
