Danielle Arends, MSN, RN, APN, is a certified gerontological nurse practitioner at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. Danielle carries a caseload of patients and is responsible for follow-up and patient/family education.

Susan Frick, MSW, is a social worker at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. She also coordinates a variety of training programs for staff who care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and has presented at many national and local conferences.

Pam Smith, MAdEd, recruits older adults for longitudinal epidemiologic studies of healthy aging and Alzheimer's disease at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. She develops and implements training programs for professionals and has presented at many national and local conferences.

Anna Treinkman, MSN, RN, APN, is a certified gerontological nurse practitioner at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center. She carries a caseload of patients and is responsible for follow-up care and patient/family education.
