Kathryn M. Sibley, Ph.D.,is an associate professor in Community Health Sciences, with a cross-appointment in Rehabilitation Sciences, at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. Dr. Sibley holds a Canada Research Chair in Integrated Knowledge Translation in Rehabilitation Sciences. Informed by a background in kinesiology, graduate studies in rehabilitation and medical sciences, and postdoctoral training in knowledge translation, her research aims to advance the science and practice of knowledge translation in rehabilitation research and care, with a focus on the role of balance and exercise for preventing falls in older people.
