Dr. Pronk holds adjunct professor positions in Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard University School of Public Health. Dr. Pronk serves as cochair for the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on National Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Objectives for 2030 (aka, Healthy People 2030). He is past-president of the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion (IAWHP), an ACSM Affiliate Society; coauthor of the IAWHP Online Certificate Course; editor of ACSM’s Worksite Health Handbook, 2nd edition; and associate editor for the ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal®. Ross Arena, Ph.D., P.T., FACSM, FAHA,is professor and head of the Department of Physical Therapy and interim head of the Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Arena is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, American Heart Association, and European Society of Cardiology. He has led the successful implementation of several innovative healthy living initiatives in the academic, clinical, and community settings (http://ahs.uic.edu/physical-therapy/healthspan/) and is founder of the HL-PIVOT Network (https://ahs.uic.edu/physical-therapy/healthspan/hl-pivot-healthy-living-for-pandemic-event-protection/). Dr. Arena’s primary scholarly interests include exercise testing and training in patients diagnosed with cardiopulmonary disease/dysfunction and healthy living initiatives that promote the health span. Dr. Arena has published extensively in these areas with more than 890 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and book chapters. Samantha Bond, M.S., CMI,is an app and VR developer, certified medical illustrator, and clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She teaches a series of courses on interactive technology development for the UIC Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences, as well as courses on visual learning and gross anatomy for the UIC Department of Physical Therapy. She serves on the board of the International Game Developer’s Association Chicago chapter and has created award-winning biomedical visualizations. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences with her research on exploring the interactions of game learning, user interaction and medical education. Her ongoing research earned her the title of “Women in Games Ambassador” from the International Game Developer’s Association in 2017.
