Although I enjoy exercising outdoors during the summer months, I do fi nd the heat to be a challenge. I try to stay hydrated when doing longer endurance sessions, but I am not sure I’m getting in the right amount of fl uids. I’m confused about how much I should be drinking as well as what to drink (i.e., water, sports drinks)
