Her research incorporates physical activity promotion with special populations, including tactical athletes. She has worked with local and state first responders for more than 6 years, providing health and fitness assessments, tailoring wellness programming, and consultations.

Duke Biber, Ph.D.,is an assistant professor of Integrated Health Science in the Department of Health Promotion and Physical Education at Kennesaw State University. His research focuses on the impact of positive psychology interventions on health behaviors.
