Isaac J. Wedig, M.S., is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and doctoral student in the Department of Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology at Michigan Technological University. He has several years of personal training experience and his research interests are blood flow restriction training and muscular adaptations to resistance exercise.
Jamie J. Phillips, M.S., is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and doctoral student in the Department of Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University. He also is a Division 1 ice hockey coach and a former professional hockey player. His interests include sports performance and injury rehabilitation in athletes.
Kelly B. Kamm, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology at Michigan Technological University. As an epidemiologist, her research seeks to understand determinants of health in vulnerable populations in rural regions and develop interventions to improve healthy behaviors.
Steven J. Elmer, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology at Michigan Technological University. His research uses exercise to restore musculoskeletal function after injury, maintain health across the lifespan, and enhance athletic performance.
