Issue: ESSR 49.2 article "Massage as a Mechanotherapy for Skeletal Muscle"
Authors: Douglas W. Van Pelt, Marcus M. Lawrence, Benjamin F. Miller, Timothy A. Butterfield, and Esther E. Dupont-Versteegden

Herein, we describe research supporting our hypothesis that massage can be used as a mechanotherapy imparting biologically relevant adaptations in skeletal muscle and improving muscle properties.
