In the August 2021 issue of A&A Practice, the article by DeJulio et al, “Treatment of Steroid-Induced Lipoatrophy Following Transverse Abdominis Plane Block With Serial Intralesional Isotonic Saline Injections: A Case Report,” contained terminological errors regarding anatomy in the first paragraph of the Case Report section on page e01509 of the published article. The incorrect text currently reads as follows:

Under ultrasound guidance, a 21-gauge, 3.5-inch needle was introduced 2 cm below and 5cm medial to the left anterior superior iliac spine and advanced along the lateral border of the rectus abdominis muscle into the fascial plane defined by the external oblique aponeurosis and the ventral fascia of the internal oblique muscle.

The corrected text should read:

Under ultrasound guidance, a 21-gauge, 3.5-inch needle was introduced 2 cm below and 5 cm medial to the left anterior superior iliac spine and advanced along the lateral border of the rectus abdominis muscle into the fascial plane between the internal oblique and the transversus abdominus muscle.

The authors regret this error. The online version of the article has been corrected.
