Industrial Psychiatry Journal is the official publication of the Association of Industrial Psychiatry of India (Registration No. 141/87 Under Society’s Act. 1860). Association of Industrial Psychiatry is a registered society doing pioneering work in the area of mental health related to industry. Issues of human resource management & development are being addressed by the association. It need not be overemphasized that man-management, productivity, organizational effectiveness and mental health of the employees are interlinked. These issues will always remain an area of prime concern, not only for the managerial cadre but also to the health professional. To disseminate information about the interface between industry and mental health and the activities of the association, a journal is published Semiannually. The Industrial Psychiatry Journal is being widely circulated among psychiatrists, psychologists and professionals from related fields including managers of the corporate houses all over India for the past 25 years.
