EDITORIAL TEAM
The Editor is the most senior editor and has overall responsibility of the journal. In addition to carrying out the administrative responsibilities of the journal, the Editor has the final say in decisions regarding journal content, resolution of complaints or appeals and final decision of the reviewed manuscripts.

Deputy Editors
The deputy editors closely liaison with the Editor for day-to-day work of the journal. They solicit reviewers, perform reviews, proof-read the manuscripts, and offer suggestions for the journal content. They help in deciding the editorials and special issues of the journal. They also help in co-ordinating with the publisher and answer queries of authors and prospective authors in consultation with the editor.

Ombundsman
The role of the ombudsman is to record and, where necessary, to investigate episodes of alleged editorial maladministration when a complainant remains dissatisfied with the journal’s first response to criticism. He could investigate delays in handling manuscripts and letters; editorial discourtesy; failure to follow stated editorial procedures; failure to take reasonable account of representations by authors and readers; and challenges to the publishing ethics of the journal.

EDITORIAL BOARD
