ACR releases Lung-RADS
The American College of Radiology has released the Lung Imaging Reporting and Data System (Lung-RADS) for use in lung cancer screening reporting. Modeled off of BIRADS, Lung-RADS aims to "standardize lung cancer screening CT reporting and management recommendations, reduce confusion in lung cancer screening CT interpretations and facilitate outcome monitoring." The ACR plans on developing a complete lexicon and atlas in the near future. Full details are available at ACR Lung-RADS. Please see JTI's lung cancer screening corner for additional resources.
