Video 2 displays fat grafting of the inferior breast skin envelope at the time of tissue expander exchange for the permanent implant. The previously placed ADM at stage 1 (expander placement) allows for a tissue plane for injection of fat graft within the breast skin envelope at the time of the exchange for the permanent breast implant and provides for a more secure closure.
