These videos examine the author’s experience utilizing autologous fat transfer for contour restoration in reconstructive breast surgery, as well as in the reoperative breast augmentation patient. Included is a video demonstration of the author’s technique for secondary breast augmentation utilizing autologous fat transfer in conjunction with implant change. Suture suspension of the breast to define the inframammary crease, as well as to support the ptotic breast is demonstrated.
