Part 3 of 3. This video features a 48 year old G4P4 woman who had subglandular saline augmentation 18 years earlier. Over the ensuing years she developed progressively worsening capsular contracture, excessively wide cleavage, visibility and palpability of her implants (particularly medially and superiorly) and significant stretching of her areolae. To address these concerns, the patient underwent removal of her subglandular implants, reattachment of the pectoral muscle to the overlying breast gland and insertion of a new pair of silicone gel implants in the subpectoral plane. Concomitantly, bilateral circumareolar mastopexies were performed using the periareolar pinwheel
