128(1) CME — Tendon Disorders of the Hand—Video 5 – Radial Nerve Tendon Transfer
This video demonstrates high radial nerve palsy tendon transfers. Pronator teres is transferred to extensor carpi radialis brevis tendon to restore wrist extension. Flexor carpi radialis is transferred to the extensor digitorum communis group of tendons to restore finger extension.
