Endoscopic Brow Lift, Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Transpalpebral Corrugator Resection- Part 1. An surgical video by James M. Stuzin, MD from the 47th Annual Baker Gordon...

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Part 1 of 4. This video demonstrates the surgical approach to endoscopic brow lifting in association with upper and lower blepharoplasty, retinacular canthopexy and transpalpebral corrugator resection. The advantage of utilizing a transpalpebral approach to perform both corrugator resection, as well as to utilize the lateral upper lid access incision to form the optical cavity in endoscopic brow lifting is emphasized. Control of lid shape utilizing the transconjunctival lower lid fat resection in associated with retinacular canthopexy and skin flap dissection is demonstrated.

MACS Lift For Facial Rejuvenation - Part 1. An interactive surgical video by Patrick Tonnard, MD and Alexis Verpaele, MD from the 47th Annual Baker Gordon Symposium on Cosmetic...

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Part 1 of 4. This video describes Tonnard and Verpaele’s modern vision of facial rejuvenation: a routine quick and safe simple MACS-lift with 2 suspension sutures anchored to the deep temporal fascia, combined with actions undertaken in the central part of the face (augmentation blepharoplasty, fat grafting in the periorbital and perioral area including Sharp Needle Intradermal Fat grafting (SNIF) and nano fat grafting, Erbium resurfacing, lip lift, etc). This "Centrofacial Rejuvenation" is very powerful because it can change the emotional expression of a face, since this expression is essentially produced by the eyes and the mouth. This total facial rejuvenation allows the presenters to obtain very natural results within a reasonable time frame.
