colon; A case report of a 39-year-old man suffering from ieft-sided, progressive hearing loss is presented. As well, the patient noted ipsilateral recurrent facial paralysis. MRI succeeded in confirming the presence of a tumor in the internal acoustic canal 18 months after the first MRI.
