Eastern Nursing Research Society (ENRS)
The ENRS was established in 1988 to create a community of nurses interested in promoting research in the Eastern Region of the United States.
The major goals of the Society include:
- Promote a community of individuals interested in advancing nursing research in the Northeast
- Facilitate development of nurse researchers
- Influence development of scientific knowledge base relevant to Nursing.
- Promote research-based nursing practice

Western Institute of Nursing (WIN)
WIN exists to bring together a diverse community of nurses in a shared commitment to transcend the boundaries of knowledge development and application to advance the discipline and drive improvements in practice, outcomes and cost. The organizational structure includes the General Assembly, the Governing Assembly, the Board of Governors, committees and societies.
