Abstract: We reported an unusual visualization of a pelvic kidney on the lymphoscintigraphy images of a patient with uterine cervix cancer, which was mistaken with para-aortic sentinel nodes. Delayed imaging clearly showed the nature of this activity. Our case underscores the importance of delayed pelvic lymphoscintigraphy imaging in the sentinel node mapping of gynecological cancers.
