Abstract

ABSTRACT: THE ZOTTMAN CURL IS A MODIFICATION TO THE COMMONLY PERFORMED BICEP CURL EXERCISE. THIS VARIATION MAY HELP IMPROVE BOTH FOREARM AND GRIP STRENGTH DUE TO ENHANCED ECCENTRIC OVERLOAD OF THE FOREARM MUSCLES DURING THE MOVEMENT. THE PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS EXERCISE ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS COLUMN.
