Abstract

THE JUMP SQUAT (JS) HAS BECOME A WELL-ACCEPTED EXERCISE TECHNIQUE USED TO IMPROVE LOWER-BODY POWER. A VARIETY OF LOADING TOOLS ARE USED WITH THIS EXERCISE. EXACTLY WHICH VARIATION SHOULD BE USED IN YOUR TRAINING? THIS ARTICLE WILL ASSIST ATHLETES AND COACHES IN CHOOSING THE MOST APPROPRIATE JS LOADING TOOL.
