THE PURPOSE OF THIS COLUMN IS TO PROVIDE A BASIC RECOMMENDATION TO INTEGRATING AND APPLYING THE TIRE FLIP EXERCISE TO THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM. IT WILL LOOK AT FACTORS SUCH AS SELECTING A TIRE, PERFORMING THE EXERCISE CORRECTLY, COMMON TECHNICAL FLAWS, AND HOW TO SPOT THE EXERCISE.
