THE POWER PITCHER IS ONE OF THE MOST EXCITING POSITIONS IN THE GAME OF BASEBALL. SUCCESSFUL INJURY-FREE PERFORMANCE REQUIRES A COMPREHENSIVE YEAR-ROUND CONDITIONING PROGRAM THAT ADDRESSES THE PHYSICAL, METABOLIC, AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION.
