Abstract

NEW AND CREATIVE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PROGRAMS ARE NEEDED TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND FITNESS OF CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS. WITH APPROPRIATE SUPERVISION AND INSTRUCTION, BALLOON TRAINING CAN OFFER OBSERVABLE HEALTH AND FITNESS VALUE TO YOUTH WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES.
