Abstract

LATERAL ELBOW TENDINOSIS CAN BE A DEBILITATING CONDITION AFFECTING AN INDIVIDUAL'S ABILITY TO PERFORM CERTAIN ASPECTS OF HIS OR HER WEIGHT-TRAINING PROGRAM. THIS ARTICLE PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW OF THE ETIOLOGY, THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONDITION, SPECIFIC MODIFICATIONS THAT CAN BE MADE TO A WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM, AS WELL AS INSIGHT INTO POSSIBLE REFERRED PAIN OF MORE SERIOUS PATHOLOGY.
