Abstract

summary: The snatch is an exercise commonly used to improve explosiveness and develop overall athleticism. However, the muscle snatch is an exercise that is performed much slower than its more explosive counterparts, the power and full snatches, and is an excellent dynamic warm-up and total body training movement.
