NIH Director Sings "The Sequestration Blues"

Sequestration and its effect on health research are hardly light-hearted topics for conversation. But to set the stage at the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health Award Ceremony last May, Francis S. Collins, MD, PhD, director of the National Institutes of Health, found one way to inject some levity into the discussion.
