VIM Thalamic Stimulation For Monoclonal Gammopathy-Associated Tremor
This video demonstrates ambulation with and without stimulation in a patient diagnosed with monoclonal antibody-associated polyneuropathy. He was treated with plasmapheresis, propranolol, intravenous immunoglobulin, and rituximab, but he continued to lose useful limb function.
