18th Annual North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference America's Center, St. Louis, Missouri, USA October 14–17, 2004

This conference is a multidisciplinary educational forum, designed exclusively for cystic fibrosis healthcare professionals and research scientists. The scientific program will focus on the latest developments in cystic fibrosis research and care.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 20, 2004. No abstracts will be accepted for review after the May 20, 2004, deadline.

Case summaries to be considered for presentation in the Physician's Grand Rounds and the Consultation Clinics are also invited.

Four Consultation Clinics will be held: 1) Pulmonary, GI, & Nutrition Issues; 2) Psychosocial Issues and Mental Health Challenges; 3) Nursing Issues; and 4) Quality Improvement Projects. Cases illustrating any aspect of cystic fibrosis in either children or adults are appropriate for the Physician's Grand Rounds. Case summaries must be submitted by May 20, 2004.

The opportunity for case presentation is also available to fellows training in pediatric or adult pulmonology or gastroenterology, family practice, internal medicine, and other specialties involved in the care of cystic fibrosis patients. The deadline for submission of the cases for the Pediatric and Adult Fellows Sessions is July 23, 2003.
