Abstract

The use of pessaries for symptomatic pelvic organ prolapse is increasing. Urethral prolapse is an unusual condition that primarily affects prepubertal and postmenopausal females. We present a case of urethral prolapse that occurred after pessary insertion for stage IV pelvic organ prolapse.
