Learn more about APSNA

The APSNA Founders Award was created in 1999 to provide recognition for the best of the best in Pediatric Surgical Nursing.  Each year, APSNA invites you to recognize someone in your practice who exemplifies all of the excellent professional and personal qualities that hallmark a leader our field. This is your opportunity to highlight an individual that makes a significant difference every day.

This year’s nominations will be accepted between January 1, 2016, and March 1, 2016. We encourage you to discuss your nominee choice with your colleagues. Review the scoring tool at our website: This document will clearly highlight what needs to be included in the application. Gather the appropriate documents and create multiple strong letters of support for your candidate.
Please help us celebrate APSNA’s 25th Anniversary in 2016 with the inclusion of your candidate in the roster of nominees.
