What is the Price of Life?
Most nurses are aware that human trafficking is a global pandemic, but we don't think much about this problem in our workplace. Intervarsity Christian Fellowship USA is trying to do something about this unawareness through the New York City Price of Life Invitational event this coming October. There will be a series of healthcare workshops held at campuses around NYC exploring ways human trafficking intersects with healthcare and discussing concrete steps that can be taken to fight against this injustice.
