Abstract

ABSTRACT: The nursing profession is becoming more and more dependent on the literature of evidence-based practice. Dermatology nurses are in a unique position to share their knowledge and experience with nurses who are not familiar with this specialty. However, nurses generally need a strong motivation to put pen to paper. This article describes how you can transfer your knowledge and experience from brain to paper and thus make a contribution to the ongoing development of your profession.
