Abstract

ABSTRACT: Distinguishing allergic contact dermatitis reactions using patch testing is a skill that requires both verbal and visual training. We present this article to emphasize the value of hands-on learning as well, specifically using the patch test interpretation matrix we developed and debuted at the Dermatology Nurses' Association's contact dermatitis workshop in San Diego (2011).
