High prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in medical outpatients in Japan: Erratum

In the October 2008 issue of the journal beginning on page 1010, table 3 had the percentage of sleep in patients with functional bowel disorder (irregular, 3.6%) and in patients with IBS (regular, 71.0%) typed incorrectly. The correct percentage of sleep in patients with functional bowel disorder is 13.7% (irregular) and in patients with IBS is 20.9% (regular).
