Capsular Arthroplasty for Congenital Dislocation of the Hip: Indications and Technique: SOME LONG-TERM RESULTS.

The indications for capsular arthroplasty in the treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip are reviewed and certain important technical considerations reiterated. Follow-up studies of eleven available patients ten to thirty-one years after operation are presented.
