Harrington Instrumentation in Correction of Scoliosis: A COMPARISON WITH CAST CORRECTION.

Sixty-six patients with scoliosis treated with Harrington instrumentation and spine fusion have been reported. All have had at least one year of follow-up. The method of management, average correction obtained, and complications encountered are reported. A comparison with results obtained by Risser cast correction and fusion is made.
