In the April 2011 article, “Evaluation and surgical management of melanoma of the head and neck,” by Justine Robinson, MPAS, PA‐C, and Michael Kupferman, MD, the sixth sentence in the second paragraph of the discussion section contained an error that was not corrected by the previous publisher of JAAPA. The sentence should read: Classification of the tumor thickness is categorized as Tis for in-situ disease, T1 for lesions that are 1 mm or less, T2 for those 1.01 to 2 mm, T3 for those 2.01 to 4 mm, and T4 for lesions greater than 4 mm.
