Case Reports

Refractory Giardia lamblia is uncommon and often occurs in the presence of comorbidities or immunosuppression. Combination therapy is warranted in such cases, but optimal drug selection and treatment duration are poorly defined. Current management is guided by a select group of brief reports because of the limited number of cases.
