Why aren’t all the recipes that have been published in the magazine available online?

Since the February 2009 issue, Heart Insight has been posting recipes online. Before then, the magazine was reprinting recipes from various American Heart Association cookbooks and the one-time reprint rights did not include online publishing — only print.


Can I order a subscription delivered to my home?

We are no longer accepting individual subscriptions. Look for a copy at your cardiologist’s office, or read the current or past issues online.


How do I stop my subscription?

If you no longer wish to receive Heart Insight, please send an e-mail to HeartCirc@wolterskluwer.com to stop your subscription.


My group is having a health-related event and I would love to have copies of Heart Insight on hand to give out? What do I do?

For bulk copies of a single issue, please call 866-440-7557 to order. Please note that there is a $1.00 per copy charge.


How do I view, download, and save a PDF?

If you are having trouble viewing or downloading a PDF file, try the following Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Make sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer. Viewing and downloading and viewing PDF files requires installation of this software. If you need to install Acrobat, please visit the Adobe website for a free download.
  • Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to assure browser/software compatibility. To upgrade to the most current version of Acrobat, please visit the Adobe website.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer version 5.0, you will need to update your browser version as this product has know compatibility problems with the Acrobat software.

If you continue to experience technical problems downloading/viewing PDF files - please write down the error message you receive, and call a Technical Support Representative at 1-800-468-1128 for assistance. Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
