Serves 4; ½ cup strawberries and 2 tablespoons sauce per serving

½ cup frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed in the refrigerator

¼ cup fat-free plain yogurt

1 tablespoon firmly packed dark brown sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract or ⅛ teaspoon almond extract

⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups whole hulled strawberries

In a small serving bowl, stir together the sauce ingredients.

Put the strawberries in small bowls or on individual plates. Spoon the sauce over the berries. Or let the diners dip their berries in the sauce.
