Fresh ginger adds the “wow” factor to this dip. It is especially good with crisp apple or pear slices.
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
½ cup fat-free sour cream
½ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon grated peeled gingerroot
½ teaspoon poppy seeds
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients.
