When is the Best Time to Submit Case Reports for the February and August Supplements?
Denise Shields, Manuscript Editor
Denise Shields, Manuscript Editor

Obstetrics & Gynecology publishes two case report supplements per year, with the February and August issues.

The answer to the question, “When is the best time to submit case reports for the February and August supplements?” is:  Anytime! The journal accepts manuscripts and schedules them on a rolling basis. However, if you are looking to have your manuscript published in a specific issue, keep in mind that the journal publishes most articles within 6 months (from submission-to-publication).

Note that our 6-month turnaround is based on manuscripts already published and is subject to change.  For more detailed information on turnaround time for manuscripts submitted to the journal, refer to Randi Zung’s March 2013 blog entry.

We look forward to receiving your next case report submission!
