An author's affiliation and funding is incorrect in the article, “Implementing Immediate Postpartum Long-Acting Reversible Contraception Programs” by L.G. Hofler, S. Cordes, C.A. Cwiak, P. Goedken, D.J. Jamieson, and M. Kottke.1 On the first page of the article, the first line of the footnote is incorrect. The correct sentence is, “From the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Emory University School of Medicine, and the Jane Fonda Center at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.” Also, the second statement in the footnote is incorrect. The correct sentence is, “Supported by a grant from the Society of Family Planning Research Fund. Melissa Kottke is supported by the Jane Fonda Center at Emory University.” The authors regret these errors.
