In “Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Myomectomy Compared With Standard Laparoscopic Myomectomy” by A.R. Gargiulo, S.S. Srouji, S.A. Missmer, K.F. Correia, T Vellinga, and J Einarsson (Obstet Gynecol 2012;120:284–91), an author erroneously omitted his middle initial. “Thomas Vellinga” should read “Thomas T. Vellinga.”

In the authors' reply to a letter to the editor about “Robot-Assisted Laparoscopic Myomectomy Compared With Standard Laparoscopic Myomectomy” (Obstet Gynecol 2013;121:188–9), an author erroneously omitted his middle initial. “Thomas Vellinga” should read “Thomas T. Vellinga.”

In “Quality Measurement: What It Means for Obstetricians and Gynecologists” by R.E. Gee and R. Winkler (Obstet Gynecol 2013; 121:507–10), the title of Table 1 is incorrectly stated as “National Quality Forum Perinatal Care Core Measure Set.” The correct title for Table 1 is “Joint Commission Perinatal Care Core Measure Set.” The authors regret this error.

In “Prophylactic Use of Levonorgestrel-Releasing Intrauterine System in Women With Breast Cancer Treated With Tamoxifen: A Randomized Controlled Trial” by A. W. Wong, S. S. Chan, W. Yeo, M. Y. Yu, W. H. Tam (Obstet Gynecol 2013; 121:943–50), the rates of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer in women with endometrial polyps in the study by Garuti et al1 were incorrectly reported as 36% and 33%, respectively, in the second paragraph of the Discussion section. The correct rates should be 16.7% (for endometrial hyperplasia) and 8.3% (for endometrial cancer). The authors regret this error.

In “Perioperative Oxygen Supplementation and Surgical Site Infection After Cesarean Delivery: A Randomized Controlled Trial” by N. Duggal, et al (Obstet Gynecol 2013;122:79–84), the second author's name was incorrectly listed as “Vineela Poddatorri.” The correct spelling of the second author’s name is “Vineela Poddatoori.” The Editorial Office regrets this error.
